9:46 pm	welcome well my 2nd livejournal. well for those interested in my life as a fashion student well better add me up. it records my life as a fashion student starting yes day 1 after not going to school for a week, hey its only like introductory week puro briefing lang on what to buy blah blah. 1st subject 9:am - Pdraft1 the first class for our majors! (yes after a year and a half) we first got introduced to the materials etc. like the l square and the french curve blah blah. teacher was quite happy that i got complete materials :) after taking some measurements she showed the procedures on drafting a basic sleveless shirt. it was quite difficult at first since there were all the formulas and stuff pero in the end i got the hang of it :) dali lang pala. we had to draft it thrice para we could really memorize and get the hang of it. 1:00 om -Clothing Construction basic sewing class today we needed 12 pieces of 10 x 8.5 pieces of katya for sewing practice. the teacher was quite impressed with what i did because instead of measuring and drawing 12 squares at the fabric. i first did a pattern from illustration board then traced it on to the fabric stuck at the cutting table. the teacher was quite happy to see that because she said it would be more acurate and that doing that would make me practice my pattern drafting as well. well it was sewing practice and we sewed up different types of lines onto the fabric. quite easy. i still have to buy quite a number of stuff. god i want my own studio para thats were i could do my stuff! HOMEWORK : different types of machine stitches (did half of them na YEY!!) (Comment on this)
